In Home Care 4-U was founded by Joleen Tietz in the key principle that
“When We take good care of our caregivers, our caregivers will take good care of our clients.”
Started in 2018, In Home Care 4 U was created out of passion, compassion and a great need. When Joleen learned that her father was being taken advantage of by a caregiver working in a large corporate agency down in Bosie, she relocated him to Moscow, Idaho to be closer to her and her children.
His MS was taking him on a downward slide and soon she realized she wouldn’t be able to care for him all on her own for long. Looking and asking around for options, nothing seemed quite right. Recently jaded by large care agencies who were clearly out of touch with their staff, and not wanting the liabilities of paying a caregiver “under the table” or independently, In Home Care For You was born. Soon we took on a friend’s grandmother, then not long after our 1stword of mouth referral came in from and the rest is history.

Locally owned and operated is what we are. We treat you like family because sometimes you are. We know that caring for our staff is a vital element of caring for our clients. We are dedicated to taking exceptional care of our caregivers so they can in turn take exceptional care of our clients. We foster a positive working relationship between staff members and management teams. We are compassionate and thoughtful when life happens, and we understand that life can and does happen to us all.

To have a good reputation in our communities, to be known and thought well of. To be a bench mark for others to look up to for how to do it the right way. To continually look for opportunities for outreach and involvement within our communities. Volunteering is a goal we’re striving for as a company. To be able to involve our staff in an effort to strengthen our community is something we will continue to seek out. Remaining open to suggestions from staff in this and all things.
Charity:
We will operate under the biblical knowledge that Charity Never Failith. As profits allow, we will look for opportunities to be charitable. Furthermore, this company was started in rural Idaho. While we plan to expand, we will not pull our services from existing clients. Though there is more money to be made in more densely populated areas, we will not abandon services already established. We will strive to reach the clients other agencies have left behind. As we continue to grow, we will pool our resources from our more profitable areas to be able to maintain reasonable wages for our staff throughout our company.
